These General Contract Conditions (GCC) regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on our website: iris22shop.com, belonging to IRIS 22 SHOP S.L. CC. Plaza Norte 2. Plaza del Comercio 11-12. A010 1st Floor. AD 14. 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid.
Users who make purchases at iris22shop.com fully accept these GCC and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting/purchasing.
It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GCC, prior to the purchase of any product through iris22shop.com
In accordance with current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise by the customer. To do this, the conditions set out in this document must be met.
IRIS 22 SHOP S.L. reserves the right to modify the CGC at any time and without prior notice.
The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to be perfected by operation of law, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. .
All prices on our website include VAT and are valid except for typographical errors.
In the event that any of the products purchased is not in stock, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, within the hours of our physical store, giving them the possibility of canceling the order if it consists of more than one product and canceling it if it consists only of a product.
Delivery times in the peninsula and the Balearic Islands range between 24 and 72 hours. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible.
The client will have 72 hours to verify the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything is included in the products included. After these 72 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for damages or failures with the shipment will not be accepted.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the client must verify the products upon receipt of the same and expose all the objections that may exist.
In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident from the transport company.

You have 14 days to return a product from the moment you receive it at your home. To do this, contact us by phone 91 055 80 15 between Monday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Sun from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or by email at email@example.com. We will tell you how to proceed to make the return. You can also do it in our physical stores.

Once we receive the product(s), we will refund the money according to the payment method you used:
If you paid by card, we will credit your account within 48 to 72 hours.
If you paid by Paypal, the payment will be made in your Paypal account.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
Return conditions for private customers
The product must not be used (or washed).
In the case of a complement, no returns will be made for hygiene reasons.
To return the bags it is essential that the security seal has not been tampered with.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise IRIS 22 SHOP S.L. reserves the right to refuse the return.
The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by you.
Once the merchandise is received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed within the aforementioned period.
Return of products with a gift or promotion. The complete return (full pack or item + gift) will be mandatory in order to proceed with the refund.
